Copy & Paste

To Copy:
With any message open, scroll to the first letter of the text you want to copy.
Hold down the shift key and scroll to highlight all of the text you want to copy.
Press the trackball (keep holding it down!) and select Copy from the menu.

To:Paste
When you are ready to Paste

place the cursor where you want the text to appear,
press the trackball
select Paste.
